Yoga is for everyone. Yoga is an ancient technique that is used to clear the mind, relax the body and improve your wellbeing. It improves flexibility, movement, strength, breathing, general wellbeing and can help manage stress. Yoga is personal. It is a unique journey. Our expert instructors will help you achieve your individual goals.
Yoga is used for a variety of purposes other than fitness. Each of our Crosby class is based on the pupils within it. Beginners to advanced may attend. We limit our numbers to twelve per class so that you can get the most out of your chosen class.
True Yoga Saturday 10.30am, Wednesday 10am, Thursday 6pm.
Hatha Yoga Hour ( Do Hatha, Be Happy!)
This saturday and wednesday morning class is the perfect way to begin your weekend and relax mid week. All levels are welcome, and especially perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time (or for the first time in a long time….). Focus is on body alignment, posture and the breath; helping us to release stress, find our balance and bring more strength, suppleness and harmony to body, mind & soul! Guidance will be given through each pose and adjustments to alignment and posture given when necessary to avoid injury and to ensure you get the most out of every class. Each class ends with a relaxation to help assimilate the many benefits that the practice of this beautiful yoga brings, and will help you feel refreshed and awake for the rest of the day.
